McCain Makes His Choice

I don't know, for whatever reasons, I find myself strangely attracted to her (not Gae, I'm talking about Sarah Palin). I mean, she's got that adorable Sally Field kinda thing going on, and she shoots wolves out of helicopters....say what you want, but there's something kinda hot about that. She's not Segolene Royal, of course, but then again, who is?

Now, yeah, as far as becoming President, she's about as qualified as I am. But I ain't worried about that crap, I'd just like to see her strut around in an evening gown and be asked the tough questions, you know, like how come most Americans can't find South Carolina on a map...

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Because her 17 year old daughter won't be able to raise the child on her own. She will have to rely on her parents.

For the record, two of my friends in high school lost their fathers when they were young. They ended up as model citizens.

However, if a choice is possible, I don't think any parent who has actually raised a child would recommend going it alone vs. having two responsible parents involved.
